The state of Nevada’s 79th Legislative Session convenes this morning with the presentation of the colors by the Reno Fire Department in the Assembly Chambers at 11 a.m. Presenting the colors on behalf of the Reno Fire Department will be Captain Ron Lenon, Firefighter Robert Feemster, Firefighter Dave Galleron and Firefighter Ben Rupert. Ben Rupert was also recognized in November for his participation in the first ever Native American Honor Flight to Washington D-C. Reno Fire Chief Dave Cochran says they are honored to present the colors.
