Carson City's Board of Supervisors have given the ok to transfer the Horseshoe Club's gaming license, to the owners of Bodine's Casino, Silver Bullet LLC. Bodine's wants to open a new casino in the North Town Plaza Shopping Center. There were some questions about the license, because the Horseshoe Club's expired in December 2014, prior to the casino closing, yet they continued to operate until January 2015. The 2-1 vote went through on the stipulation that the money to cover the license gap will be paid to reinstate it by December 31.
