The Nevada State Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit alleging Donald Trump supporters are promoting voter intimidation based on the belief that there's widespread voter fraud. The complaint was filed Sunday in U.S. District Court against the Trump campaign, the Nevada Republican Party and Republican operative Roger Stone, who runs the group "Stop the Steal." It asks the court to declare that aggressive questioning of voters waiting to cast their ballot is illegal.

The Nevada State Democratic Party is suing the state Republican Party, Donald Trump and others, alleging voter intimidation in Nevada and elsewhere. The complaint, alleges violations of the Voting Rights acts and the Ku Klux Klan acts, each bans conspiracies to intimidate or threaten voters. The complaint cites three alleged instances of voters being questioned and yelled at in Clark and Nye Counties, at early voting sites. Republican Party Chairman Michael McDonald calls the suit a political stunt.
