It asks the court to declare that aggressive questioning of voters waiting to cast their ballot is illegal.

Four people are now in custody in connection with an armed robbery at Scheels Sunday. 23-year-old Dalton Frederick was arrested at the Peckham Gardens Condominiums on Neil Road Monday morning. Police were looking for 23-year-old Tiffany Hiller, they now say she is NOT a suspect. Instead police are looking for Nicole Fisher of Reno. Sparks Police say a woman and two men entered the store, concealed a number of items, and tried to leave without paying. Loss Prevention personnel from the store stopped the three near the front of the store, and one of them pointed a handgun at the officer. The two men then drove off in a pickup, while the female ran off in the opposite direction. The vehicle was located near the Sparks Marina, and the suspects ran into a nearby apartment complex. Officers were able to locate three suspects before determining a total of five people had been involved.
