A man suspected in the stabbing death of a pastor and two of her grandsons in a Sacramento housing project, may be at large in the Reno area.

Law enforcement authorities are searching for a 7-month-old boy who was abducted today (Monday) from Sonoma County. The incident was reported about 8:30 a.m. in the town of Guerneville, where a woman says her grandson, Henry Massey, was taken from his crib in her home. She told deputies she believes her daughter, 35-year-old Hannah Ruth Ashley, came into her home and took the child. The Sonoma County Sheriff's office says The grandmother has legal custody of her grandson, but during a recent visit, Ashley made threats to take her child back. Henry is described as being 26 inches tall, weighing 15 pounds, and has brown hair and grey eyes. Ashley is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 125 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Ashley was last seen driving a silver 2005 Subaru Forrester with California license plate number 5JKZ255. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is encouraged to call the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department.

Two Nevada women are facing criminal charges after authorities say they kept more than 400 animals in unsanitary conditions at their nonprofit sanctuary northwest of Las Vegas. 51-year-old Donna Mead and 54-year-old Dawn Spoolman are each facing three felony counts of malicious torture and two dozen misdemeanor violations. Authorities had to euthanize 103 of the animals after medical examinations.

The Northern Nevada Repeat Offender Program has arrested a 46-year-old man as part of a counterfeit and forgery operation. Murry McKinley is charged with Burglary, Embezzlement, and Uttering a Forged Instrument. ROP began investigating McKinley after receiving information that he was involved in a Counterfeit Money ring operating in the Reno/Sparks area. Detectives say McKinley was passing counterfeit currency at local convenience stores and other commercial businesses. A career criminal, police say McKinley was also involved in organized retail theft.

A Las Vegas criminal who was allowed to use makeup to cover his Nazi tattoos during his trial and conviction for robbery in August, will not get to hide them during an upcoming death penalty trial. Clark County District Court Judge Michelle Leavitt says she believes a panel of fair and impartial jurors can be found to disregard Bayzle Dylan Morgan's tattoos even if they don't like them.

Reno Police continue investigating a shooting that killed a teenage girl and injured two others Sunday morning in downtown Reno. Police reported hearing gunshots in the area of Douglas Alley and North Virginia Street near the Reno Arch just before one o'clock Sunday morning. Soon after they found a 17-year-old girl, and a 16-year-old boy with gunshot wounds. A third shooting victim showed up at the hospital later. The 17-year-old girl died from her injuries, while the boy underwent surgery and is expected to survive. The shooting occurred during the annual Zombie-crawl. Police have not revealed the names of those shot.
