Like we talked about the dairy industry last time, this episode we dive a little deeper into the meat industry and the challenges they are facing. Once again I'm talking a little bit about the mindset of a beef farmer at this time, the process, why there seem to be shortages, as well as how people like yourself can help keep beef farmers in business. Why are farmers dumping milk? Why are we completely out of dairy products on our grocery store shelves? Just why! This week I'm diving a little deeper into some explanations and answers of why we're seeing what we are seeing on the news. From explaining the process of how milk becomes these products on the shelves, to walking through the thought process of a dairy farmer at this time, we're going to get to it all.
