We all love the weekend vibes, but how many of us love the weekday vibes??? 

Well in this episode I answer the question I tend to get often...How do I maintain my positive energy, my enthusiasm, my good vibes, all day every week.

I am very intentional in how I kickstart my day and most importantly how I maintain my energy levels. This makes me a very enthusiastic person, I am the light in the midst of darkness.

We sail and ride the storm boldly, through different challenges life throws at us. We have sailed the pandemic and are still riding on.

Life is the battle and no matter how many blows get you down, keep on coming back up until the day you will conquer it all!!

Written on the 27th of March 2020 when I was going through the most.

This one for me is filled with so much sadness and sorrow. Yet I remained hopeful that the day will come where I can look back and say I survived that, I conquered that and I am now far stronger as a human being, I am now a wiser human being.

No matter how broken or lost you may feel, don't let the spark die out, keep burning the candle of hope. We may be hopeful and strong yet going through the most hectic storms.

So sail on! dear loved one, like a lighthouse, may my words guide you through life's challenges!

Dear African Woman, 

You have touched my heart.

I want to take this time to embrace you, your womanhood, and remind you that you are the world's greatest creation.

In a world full of hate, gender-based violence and inequalities, I want to remind you that you are good enough, you are a sunflower 🌻 you are the beauty behind all the madness in this world.

I pray that my sons grow into the protectors of women, that they are kind and nurturing. The world is cruel and turning a blind eye will not make it better. May my son's stand united to protect the future generation of mothers, discourage self-destructive behaviour, promote excellence and celebrate each other's successes.

The poem titled The Queen celebrates you and the power you have to break chains and barriers. You heal hearts and find lost souls. You have the power to change the world, I urge you to look deep within your soul to find your hidden potential and live life as God had intended. You do no one justice by not letting your light shine brightly to the world

How to stay winning as a young married couple in 4IR.

Marriage Reflections will be a special panel podcast series that will take a deep dive at issues around why marriages fail and how we can be a generation with stable, happy marriages.

In the midst of darkness, love, like light from a firefly is what keeps us going. In celebration of the African woman, with her natural hair standing high against all odds and gravity, she is the Afro Samurai aka OB!!!

In high school, he used to rhyme and they would drop bars to beatbox together with Mr Anderson and other scholars.

Wrote this to pay homage to the awesome times in high school where creativity was high and we believed we could be anything we wanted.
