    Episode 200 is in the books and the Knights of the Octagon crew went long this time.  On the 200th episode of KOTO MMA, they had three special guests.  Starting with Bellator’s Linton Vassell.  Linton joined them as they attempted to give a PG rated talk so his momma could listen.  Their second guest of the day was Bellator cut man, Matt Marsden.  Lastly, the KOTO MMA crew called in their old friend Colton Smith to help celebrate their 200th episode.  Colton was a large part of KOTO when it first started, and he brought it in typical Colton Fashion.
