It’s a universal thing and I feel the freestyle spirit for me came about just sporadic inspiration. Wherever you are at any time and any given moment it doesn't matter what it is, you're not sort of…its almost like letting your ego go, you know, killing tbe ego and allowing yourself just at that moment wherever you are…if you find inspiration lets say for something outdoors, for something in the city, or just a thought, or music, you know what I mean, or its just an idea, you just want to move and that’s the freestyle spirit, that’s the essence of it, its not being controlled to your ego, not being controlled to your thoughts….allowing yourself to be free."
