I've talked about my struggles with chronic illness before and how those struggles tie into my mission for the Content Boss podcast, but to date, I haven’t shared the FULL story anywhere.
That’s what I want to do today.
In this episode I share:
To be honest, I was scared to record this episode. I was nervous and sweating the entire time I outlined it and when I hit "record"… but at the same time, I knew that it needed to be created.
The idea was sparked after I shared an Instagram post that seemed to resonate with a lot of people. In the post, I opened up about how chronic illness impacts my business and how it informs a lot of my mission with the Content Boss brand.
I got a TON of really awesome comments and messages from that post, letting me know I wasn’t alone and that people appreciated me sharing my story. So today, I’m gonna be brave and open up about everything!
If you have any questions after listening or you just want to chat, I’m always here to lend an ear. Send me a message on Instagram or reach out to [email protected] <3
Love you lots,

To me, business is all just one big experiment. And about a month ago, I decided to experiment in a whooole new way and see if I could sell out a brand-new program... without having a sales page.
As much as I LOVE sales pages, lately I'm seeing a shift away from more "traditional" online sales tactics into a much more conversation and connection-focused approach. And that's what I wanted to play around with during this launch!
If you'd like to implement a similar strategy in your own business and learn how to run a super-effective but SUPER low-key launch (oh, and sell out your course or program while you're at it!) this episode is for you.
Here's what we dig into:
- The one simple strategy that was involved in EVERY SINGLE SALE that I made during this launch (seriously, it's dead easy but totally magical!)
- The Insta Stories Mini-Series Strategy that worked like a charm to warm up (and convert!) my audience
- The 3 biggest things that contributed to my success and resulted in a sold-out launch with a brand-new program
