If a person like George Foreman can make a comeback in his late age, surely I can get through another day of being a stay-at-home parent.

Welcome to my dojo, this is Kung Fu Pizza Party. Today, I sit down to look at a training film that has gotten famous over the years on certain circles of the internet. This is my review of 1988s Suriving Edged Weapons from Calibre Press; a film designed to train local law enforcement officers on why it is important to take edged weapons seriously. As a training film it already has a level of camp to it, but by 2026 standards and what we now know about violent crimes in America, the film goes from dated to harmful very quickly.

This film features a stacked cast of B action stars, unique fight choreography for Chuck, but manages to miss the sauce when it comes to the execution. It should be a neck-snapping good time, but sadly it is not.

To celebrate our recently deceased hero, I sat down to learn about the history of the Chuck Norris Fact. How and when did these get started? Who remembers Vin Diesel Facts? I also dive into the book Chuck Norris: Longer and Harder by Ian Spectre that compiles 1500 of these facts which sheds some light on why some facts became more mainstream than others. It's a dive into comedy and what makes something funny in today's review.
