  "We have a very structured program with pretty structured curriculum where other schools. I think it's more like a buzzword and you kind of figure out what you're going to do with it. My first year and then we also have a sort of structured play curriculum where we have like group activities with the kids. So I've had three pretty different experiences every year with those two things. My first year was really tough doing that. And we actually have an SEL team."

  "I really want to get on this fitness routine I like. I've been off of it for a while. I did. I went for a few. I had a few good workouts the last week. And I'm. And I'm really trying to. Trying to get on that. I think there's two other things that accompany that I really need to manage my schedule better so that I can get more work done at work."

  "I more say what's working and what can be improved. And so often when I talk about things, it may sound like harping on the negative, but it tends to be what can be improved. So I think I want to take the opportunity to take some of these words and see places where I think recognize places and instances where other people may see this represented in me and assume better that. Assume that. That I have a decent radar for that or I don't know."

  "I'm not, I only have a graduate degree. I Never got a Ph.D. but graduate, from what I understand is very much like undergrad, is that you're really studying a lot of things that have already been kind of refined. You're just doing, you're just being more, you're learning things that are more specific in Graduate School. PhD."

  "If it were 100 or if you were doing 30, say and you were basing that economic cost off of that actual tutoring rate, you're really only earning $10 an hour like netting. So like those, it makes a difference. But even logistically I couldn't do it. And a third, a third thing, the full time job I took, I took under the condition that I had to leave a little earlier than schedule school hours. And it wasn't because I wanted to leave early."

  "I think editing or writing these weps and reading them ahead of the school year does give you a sense of what students are coming in. But it's also. It gives you a. It gives you practice in understanding a student and articulating what issues they have relative to learning. Not necessarily relative to a particular given subject, though they do test them on subjects to see what they have issues with, including things like cognitive processing and all that. That kind of stuff."

  "I haven't done that, but I did that Kind of last year where the test they took at the beginning of the year we reviewed parts of it like one question per class. That's a potential, potential thing. We have our actual lesson and then we have like game time and we have, and we have like worksheet time. And you may flip the order of those last two."

  "Okay, so Angie recommended this, and it's an interesting exercise. So literally just choose any three words you'd use to describe me. It would be interesting to get a as a wide variety as wide a variety of responses as possible for as many people. I'm not good with the the invites. I just kind of like add the suggested ones. But maybe I'll try to add some others as well. But I am curious."

  "And that'll be easier as you kind of get to know yourself and your working style at home. One big thing, one big thing kids complain about starting, especially from middle school on up, is sleep. Like they have a hard time with sleep. I think technology, again has a big thing to do with it. I also think kids are more sedentary than they used to be. So they have a lot more pent up energy."
