But I switched it up so that there were kids were kind of like in the aftermath of the lesson, some kids were well ahead of others. And I, I needed a day to reset and make sure kids were on their personal pat tracks."

Only part is because she wasn't sure, like, the kids would like her when she came in, but the kids definitely do. She's gonna be replaced with another volunteer. And I say this because it's relevant who's a boy? And I think the other reason I'm sad is because there's not a female presence in the classroom."

There were some things going on I didn't see but I found in the last few years oftentimes there are things that are going on outside my classroom with the same students that aren't in my classroom and that's part of the way the environment in the classroom is."

  "But what happened is while I teach in the class, I was trying to help one student catch up on the one end and there's a student in our class who has gotten. Who generally is ahead of the pack in a number of ways who I think was frustrated at the pace of the class. This. So usually we have. It worked pretty well at the first week or two because a lot of what we did was small group and independent work. And we have that set up."
