There are many things that you will not hear on TV regarding the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. They excuse the presence of criminals with guns, excuse arson, looting, graffiti, destruction of private property. And yet they condemn him for offenses that are 1/4 as serious, or non-existent.

Also, was The FBI was conducting surveillance of the riots? Why? Rioting is not a Federal Crime. The FBI has no jurisdiction in local criminal activity. It is extremely suspicious, would you agree?

Kyle Rittenhouse's lawyer suggested Tuesday the FBI might have destroyed or is withholding aerial surveillance video of the Kenosha intersection where his client killed a man.

Prosecutors are relying on some of that video for a key part of their case, but the defense suspects there may be more or better video that tell a different story.

Rittenhouse, 18, is charged with killing two men and wounding a third during violent protests in August 2020. His attorneys say he acted in self defense.
