There's still a lot of snow to shovel out there, but health professionals say it's better to ask for help than to over-exert yourself. KYW medical editor Dr. Brian McDonogh has some helpful advice.

There’s a lot of work to do to clear the snow and ice off the roads. KYW Newsradio's Tim Jimenez is out on road patrol with the story.

Workers were busy restocking shelves at the Giant in Wynnewood that had been wiped out by shoppers preparing for Sunday's storm. The bread aisle — decimated; the milk case, empty. Weirdly, there were plenty of eggs. And, luckily for Joshua Sierman, potatoes, too. KYW's Pat Loeb reports.

Road crews were fighting a losing battle against a storm determined to drop more snow than they could handle. KYW South Jersey reporter Mike Dougherty spent his day monitoring the conditions in Gloucester County.
