The City of Philadelphia has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over the removal of slavery exhibits at the President's House on Independence Mall. The suit says a cooperative agreement signed in 2006 requires the federal government to confer with the city before any changes are made to the site. KYW Newsradio's Vik Raghupathi has the story.
