Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss has died at the age of 96. Schloss was the stepsister of Anne Frank.
Schloss survived Auschwitz and later moved to Britain. She became a prominent Holocaust educator, speaking worldwide and writing books. Britain's King Charles III praised Schloss for her lifelong dedication to overcoming hatred and prejudice.
Much like the Franks, the Schloss family spent two years hiding from the Nazis in the Netherlands, but were eventually captured.
Her family remembers her as a remarkable woman devoted to remembrance and peace.
