Lets start this off with a 75 Hard Challenge update. Then getting into a bit of back to school tips and story time for students who are looking to start school soon. Pivoting to some semi-informed financial literacy for people who may not be informed at all. I give my update on Spill being the wholesome small app that it is and my take on Spam accounts as a completely functioning adult, using social media as a emotional scapegoat.

Keeping each other accountable Terohn gives is thoughts through his first week of the 75 Hard Challenge. Just an early 4th of July episode as Terohn gives a quick synopsis on a few key American states with outstanding cultural influence in social media (Florida and the Florida Man). Getting into why dairy is not good for you but people still deal with lactose issues anyway. And finally making memories today for the stories of tomorrow being the take away lesson for the fourth and being aware that your actions will reap rewards/consequences.

Starting off we get into the origin of the name of this podcast as well as how nicknames come throughout your life. The only rule on nicknames is there is no way you can come up with your own name. The question coming up this week too, is it okay to wear fake shoes since Kendrick Lamar got spotted with some Jorge 12's. So this maybe a double dip week but we had some backlogged Untitled Unmastered Pods that would have just got lost in the hard drives so here is the actual weeks episode. This week were looking at the celebration of Juneteenth and not just as a black holiday since its now included as a federal holiday everyone should know about it. Don't sleep either since its Men's Mental Health month that unfortunately has a knack for getting swept under the rug; Terohn gets into mental health appreciation and practices to help sooth your mind. We also tackle the motivation gurus on social media and also the life you want to live being the demand not life itself.
