Starting off the pod hot with a story of big dogs on the how to approach them. Pivoting from large dog anxiety we get into some mindfulness practices that may or may not help. Small talk in elevators makes for the most surface level conversations but still can leave people baffled; Terohn gets into some elevator talk as well as reminisces on a public speaking class. Finally for this episode we close on the odd advancements of tech and how we see them, the future of robot babies in the class room versus the old fashioned bag of flour.

This week Terohn gets into how you can manifest things in your life unknowingly, being aware of what you bring into your life. Paying attention to what you manifest and focusing on what are you asking out of life. Life pays the bill for whatever you ask whether that's the bare minimum or the supermax. Terohn then gets into the becoming comfortable with feeding your inner child and being okay with looking awkward if its something that's actually healthy for you. Finally he leaves with the thought of building something in your life or essentially leaving the world better than how you found it.

This episode we first and foremost give shoutout for the Mothers out there on Mothers day. Lets give all the women in our lives that play a motherly roll their well deserved flowers. Terohn also gets into roles our jobs hold in our lives, if you're doing your purpose or are you simply going to work and coming home. Try to focus on what make you you and go after it. Terohn asks who even wants to work these days and how draining the young work force looks during the " Great Resignation". Finally, Terohn tells a story from a gas station situation over a cup of coffee?

Terohn speaks on the mental discipline of being patient and cheering for your team even if you're down. Staying grateful for others but keeping yourself in a stable mental health if life has you down and up. Terohn also gets into waiting your turn in life, cant speed it up or slow it down- "life comes at you fast, if you don't look around every once in a while you'll miss it". Tackling patience and discipline he also shares his take on self care and taking the time to work hard but also rest hard.

This episode we jump into a decade old list giving tips on how to be a man coming from Goldman Sachs. Giving a practical and more realistic take on the list from Terohn's perspective and how 2023 may see the list in the ever changing world. After that dissection Terohn speaks on using your elder resources, living in a world our elders essential built may call for there advice from time to time.

Terohn gets into his recent discovery of the artistic collaboration of the documentary " Turtle: The Incredible Journey" and the Mac Miller album, " Watching Movies With the Sound Off". Paying respect to the late great Mac Miller and giving the flowers to music transcending different art mediums. Moving on to reaching out to elders for life and life advice, giving the notion that they may not know it all but they have done life more than yourself. Finally with Snowfall series coming to a close Terohn gives his remarks on the finale and the series as a whole. Coming in speaking to the movement of other content creators that don't necessarily " know what their doing". Giving reassurance in consistency as long as you're improving. Getting into the practice of self evaluation, what that may look like and how it can change your entire life process of growth. Molding your life into what you want it to be through trial and error.
