Her disappearance on Christmas Eve 2002 and ultimately her murder captivated the nation. Her husband, Scott Peterson, was suspect #1 from the very start. But was this a rush to judgment? The media had a heavy hand in framing Scott as the perpetrator before any real evidence was available. He became the most hated man in America. Was this justified? Is there any actual evidence to prove he was guilty and that he deserved the death penalty? What was found? What was missed? What was presented at trial? What has been discovered since? What other theories are out there? What is happening with Scott Peterson today? We discuss all of the details!
