This will we catch up with Paul Gait who went into the Hall in back in 2006. From Victoria to Syracuse and then on to the NLL, Paul has seen and done it all in the world of Lacrosse. We  share his memories of his playing career from a youth to the pros.

In the fourth and final quarter we bring you this week’s Stampede Stallion of the week. This week it’s a native of Orangeville Ontario as we add another member of the Goalie Union to the Stable. A pro career that has spanned 20 years in the NLL, Brandon Miller is this week’s stallion.
