Part two of a three-part series celebrates Hollis's "Doc" Powers, former Longwood College (Va.) Athletic Trainer and Associate Professor. Jennifer Jarrett, Powers' daughter, reflects on her time with her father at Longwood as a young girl. She remembers the student athletes, including her bubble blowing tutorial from Longwood Basketball legend Jerome Kersey. "Doc" passed away on February 15, 2024.

Former Longwood soccer player, Steve McGurl describes his deep admiration and respect for Doc. McGurl also shares some of the infamous pranks between Doc and his team. Former Longwood Baseball standouts, Doug Toombs and John "Turk" Crosby were featured in Faces in the Crowd in the June 9, 1980 edition of Sports Illustrated for leading NCAA DIII baseball in batting average and stolen bases, respectively. Doug talks about hitting .565 as a freshman and Turk explains how he earned the title, The Surgeon of Steal. The guys also talk about the lack of stolen bases in amateur and professional baseball. This is the first episode of a two-part series.

From the pitching circle, Libby Morris helped make Longwood Softball history. As a new member of the Big South Conference in 2013, the Lancers won their first conference championship and Libby was named tournament MVP. Two years later, Libby repeated as MVP and Longwood won their second title in three years. After 10 years of college coaching, Libby is in her second year as a high school counselor in Shenandoah County. With husband Daniel, the Bowmans are proud parents of a two-year-old daughter.

Amy Bradley and Nikki Hall shared the Lady Lancer backcourt for three seasons. Nikki was the point guard and Amy was an athletic scorer that loved to shoot the three. In this bonus episode, Nikki reflects on her time with Amy as a friend and teammate. Nikki is a Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 Realty in Farmville, Va. This is the third episode of a three-part series.

Amy Lynn Bradley went missing from the Royal Caribbean's Rhapsody of the Seas cruise ship on March 24, 1998. In this episode, her brother, Brad, talks about trying to find Amy through IP addresses, Amy's experience at Longwood-on and off the basketball court, the equity of resources for missing person cases, and much more. The tables are turned as Chris Tunstall, past president of the Longwood Alumni Board, interviews Rohn Brown, the regular host of the Lancers Past Podcast and a noted Longwood Athletics historian. Rohn will receive the Page Cook Axson McGaughy Lifetime Loyalty Award on June 5 for his continued philanthropic giving and unique initiatives and service that benefit the university.
