During the interview he gave us great insights:
💥Product Market Fit - find clients that are not starting but have already found PMF and understand who their customers really are
💥Be Passionate and talk about it - If you are starting out, make sure you are passionate about online marketing and talk about it with friends,family and people you know. They will refer you to other potential clients. Its a small world
💥Focus - Specialize yourself in one thing. You can't do website, SEO, ads, content, etc. etc. etc. The less complexity your operation the more value you can bring to your clients.
💥The bottleneck for lead generation clients is their sales capacity and for eCommerce is their website. Test it before you accept a client.
💥The WAVE analogy - Think of your clients as a wave. Understand how big the wave is and where you are getting into the wave. This will allow you to understand how much of an impact you can have on them with your services.
