Hello, My name is Michael Trajan Todoran and I need your help. Currently my mortgage is 1 month delinquent and soon it will be two months delinquent. 

In February 2023 I was unexpectedly laid off at a Landscape Architecture Firm. It was devastating. My wife and I discussed our options and we decided to launch HAPS Agency and pursue my passion for architectural photography and filmmaking. While setting up the Agency we used our savings to incorporate, purchase the required photography equipment, software, insurance, website, and bills. I have been drafting and designing landscape design simultaneously to support our family and because I still love that work. I am blessed that HAPS has wonderful clients and a steady revenue stream. However, the duration that it took us to get here has put us at a deficit. I’m asking my community to collectively help us acquire enough for 1 month’s mortgage so I can get a good night’s sleep without waking up fearing of losing our house that we worked so hard for. If you know me personally you know that when you are sick I’m the first one to visit you in the hospital, when you need financial support I’m the first one to donate, when you have no one to talk to, I’m there. This is a humbling and embarrassing situation to be in, but I can not let pride threaten everything we worked for especially since we are so close to homeostasis. I have been a relentless advocate for the Landscape Architecture community since 2015 and hope it can be returned in kind.

Marcel Blanco known by the street name SEL, is a Los Angeles based, multifaceted artist best recognized by his paintings and murals that evoke emotion and thought through his use of color, narrative imagery and movement.

His foundation began in the early '80s when he started designing flyers and t-shirts for local punk/hardcore bands around Los Angeles. In his quest for new inspiration he discovered graffiti art and became part of the early L.A. graffiti scene which lead him to join the WCA (West Coast Artists) crew, one of seminal graffiti crews in Los Angeles. He then re-focused and aimed his creativity on computer graphics and art direction in the music and entertainment industries working on packaging and marketing material for indie and major record labels.

Today his work expresses an introspective reflection that seems to touch people. His pieces are filled with emotion and a sense of individual wonder that easily grabs the eye of the audience creating a connection that goes beyond the aesthetics.
