We often get mad when we pull up on a mowing customer's yard and someone has done the landscaping. We blame the customer and the company, but we forget to blame ourself. It is YOUR fault if your customer doesn't know that you offer a given service. Make sure you are sending emails. flyers, and doing whatever it takes to make sure customers know what services you offer.
