Distracted by narrator
Not a bad story, may have been ok if I'd read it rather than listening. This audio book, however, had a strange narration style that distracted me from the story. For example, in some places it was obvious that a sentence had extended onto a new line or new page because of odd pauses between words that was in no way related to what was being said.
Great workplace romance
Would you consider the audio edition of So This Is Love to be better than the print version?
Both versions are really good.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Emma! I loved her determination and courage.
Which scene was your favorite?
I loved when Emma met Max's brother for the first time. He had some great things to say about Max!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There are a few scenes that were moving between Max and his family or between Max and Emma.
Any additional comments?
I love this series and each book can be enjoyed as a standalone. The Callaway's are a great family!

I skipped a lot of this book. Repetitive, and annoying. I'm not sure why I didn't dump it except that I feel that is giving up which goes against my nature. But it's hours I'll never get back:-(

This was an interesting mystery and charming love story.

It compares well to All A Heart Needs also by Barbara Freethy. Sadly I wrote my review on that one that actually applies to this book.

Emily speaks clearly and gives life to the various chacters.

Yes, I did tear up a time or two. I was embarrassed by the intimate details.
