The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association said Wednesday that a request from Clark County School District football programs in Classes 5A and 4A to move to independent status for the next two seasons has been granted. The income level of Las Vegas visitors has been rising in recent years, according to new data from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority’s latest visitor profile study.
