Beating your local rivals Brentford in the first ever Premier League meeting between the two sides… it doesn’t get much better than this! Fulham were inspired from the moment we kicked off, with Bobby Decordova-Reid taking only 50 seconds to take the lead. A goal from new cult hero João Palhinha put us 2-0 up, before a nervy period saw Brentford come back to make it 2-2. After Ivan Toney mocked our talisman Alexander Mitrovic's celebration... the rest will go down in Fulham's Premier League folklore. 90th minute. Mitro header. Bad luck Brentford. Thanks for coming. Fulham are now sitting pretty in 7th place, undefeated, with 5 points on the board. Saturday's win turning our solid start into an exceptional start.
