May 08, 2021# 60 - ApologisingI often am guilty for apologising for other people and at times when I shouldn't need to. Now whether thats a habit I've picked up as I've grown up - that I must be the one to apologise - or not, the one thing I now want to work on is recognising when I should actually be sorry and not feeling guilty that I didn't say sorry when I wasn't at fault....more8minPlay

May 02, 2021# 54 - Not knowingI'm a person who likes to know what's coming their way. I need to be ready and prepared. But recently I've come to a point in my life, where I just don't know where I'm heading. And as unlike me as it is, that's fine. This unknown has allowed me to venture in to new adventures and open up to things i didn't expect myself to try. Not knowing is fine. Not knowing is normal. Not knowing is still you trying....more5minPlay
May 01, 2021# 53 - Slow things downI put my hands up and say that I am the first person to rush into things and get all panicky. But today I feel like I've slowed things down and it felt ... nice.
