On Todays episode, I go over how I am making $800 a month from the cashflow that my First Duplex makes me. Investing in working class and low income neighborhoods, is a great way to get into real estate investing. It is also a great way to start building wealth. I break down how much the mortgage is, how much my property manager costs me, and the repairs and maintenance I paid.

In this MoneyChisme episode, I discuss how these high interest rates should NOT stop you from buying your first home or an investment property. Yes the interest rates are high but still lower than prior years. With good planning and some time you can still find a deal that works for you.
