Today Ontario Premiere Doug Ford (Rob's brother) released the list of essential services that will remain open during the Covid19 pandemic crisis, and well, basically everything is still open! This is also the first week I am working from home full time, so of course I have some interesting things to say with some tips for you as you are likely transitioning to spending a lot more time at home as well. Lastly, YouTube screwed us last week so we had to do a quick update about that!!

This is the first week under full social isolation! Here in Ontario we have declared a state of emergency, and Canada has enacted the emergency measures act. COVID19, the global corona virus pandemic has finally hit the shores of North America.

During this time I have to bring levity to an otherwise dire situation. We discuss the differences between self isolation, social distancing and self quarantine among other things. Of course I have to tell some jokes, and throw in some recommendations on how to get through this crisis if you are placed on lock down!If you need someone to talk to feel free to reach out at any of my contact info below! we will get through this together!

It's Super Tuesday in the U.S. where the Democratic nominees are each trying to win the right to run against the Don in the White House. In keeping with the name I think we need to do a super episode of L2L, so this week we are talking about the allegations made last month toward the CRTC, and I answer the question will Canada be issuing news licenses and decided who can, and more importantly, can NOT produce news.

As a distributor of new who would require said license, this one's personal!

This week in stupid returns with a stripping cop who no one paid for, and a Jedi knight was arrested in Canada's west!

This week I had the opportunity to sit down and have a conversation with Toronto's best up and coming bassist from the band Sweet Tooth, Blayne Stone, better known by the name Beatsblayne. We had a fun conversation about Bedroom Pop, Post Malone, told some high school stories and we showed how much we both know about Shrove Tuesday!We then got onto some politics, Corona virus and then made like Christmas and wrapped it all up with some big breaking news about what Sweet Tooth is up to right now. The Coronavirus has taken over, or at least if you watch the news you would certainly think so. As the potential for pandemic continues to rise I had to find out if we should all be shaking in our boots, or if we should be shaking in haz-mat suits! This week is all about the real risk of the virus, the impact it would have if you were to contract it and what we should be doing about it.

The topic of sleep is one that is rarely discussed, so I decided this week to go into my reasoning behind a schedule with 6 hours of sleep, including the thing everyone seems to dread...5 a.m.!!

Topped off as always with three real stories about "penis man" (for real), a new tic tok video craze, and a sad deaf man who cant read what his favorite porn star is saying on camera. This was a fun week!

Continuing to question society, this week the question is asked "should we continue to have political debates in 2020". With the access of podcasts and streaming do we really need to hear 90 second answers to the questions that are most essential in society, or should we be demanding more?
