In our last podcast for a few months we have a look back at all the wonderful guests we've had over the previous 11 episodes and the awesome stories they shared with us. We've spoken to: Market Gravity, Mastercard, Plexel, Lic Frozen Cocktails, Flint Watches, Yolt, Coca-Cola, Merlin, Vocalink, Deloitte, Virgin Money, NatWest and LandSec...and it's been amazing! We invite Oli Knight, Flexible Office Director and Head of MYO at LandSec, on to talk about the recent launch of their new flexible office proposition MYO (or Make Your Own). The space, in Victoria, has been desgined around the needs of scale up businesses...a big part of which is flexbility and ownership of their office. We have a fascinating chat about treating the launch as you would a website, testing and learning as you go! 

We're joined by John Stewart, Head of Scouting and Research at NatWest, to discuss how tech scouting hubs in San Fran, Tel Aviv and London have contributed to NatWest's unique innovation efforts. They've turned the proverbial oil tanker round to face their customers' needs head on, and repsonded to them in kind. We have a great chat, all the more because Ben used to work in the innovation department with John in his early career!

We're joined by one of our favourites David Judic for an entertaining and insightful chat around the launch of the B brand by Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banking group; a journey that Market Gravity has been heavily involved with since the start! Essentially, B is a whole new bank, built to serve customers who are frustrated with the traditional banking offering. Hopefully we'll get David in again because we barely scratched the surface! In a special episode, our cousins from Canada deliver an exclusive look into their proporietary D5 methodology. Where pace is the aim of the game...the D5 approach has no rivals. Carlos (our guest host) takes us on a jounrey through all the wonderful D5 projects, and more importantly the different places and people that have been involved. Episode 8 of our innovation therapy podcast is with Danielle Champion from Coke and Olivia Drake from Merlin (best known by their locations incl. Legoland and Alton Towers). Two hugely impactful companies making waves in both innovation and sustainability with their Reverse Vending Machines project. We hear about the ups and downs of their amazing journey, which culminated in winning The Fellowship Award at Market Gravity's Corporate Entrepreneur Awards this year!

Our second award winners from CEA 2018 join us to discuss AML Insights and their wider company. Marc Corbalan, Head of Solutions Consulting, joins us to have a frank discussion about data driven innovation, flexible teams and why failure is important. MasterCard have one of the largest datasets in the world, and the applications are basically endless. Marc is part of a team that puts that data to task, to benefit the customer.

Yolt were the winners of the Excellence in Innovation category at our Corporate Entrepreneur Awards this year! They've been making a big splash in the UK personal finance area and we wanted to know all about the journey they've been on. We have a fascinating chat with Frank Jan Risseeuw, CEO of Yolt, to find out! This is the first of 4 podcasts speaking to the award winners at CEA 2018, look out for the others coming soon!

Episode 5 of Launch Break tells the story of a new project we're working on, to bring the power of web analytics into the world of physical retail. We want retailers and consumer product creators to be able to test, learn and iterate about how they sell their wares, just like an e-commerce website would.
