After 50 episodes, season 1 of the Launch Into Freedom podcast comes to an end. 
In this week’s episode, I’m going to get raw and authentic with you - why I decided to put the show on hold and what I learned from 9 months and 50 episodes of podcasting.

Wow, what a rollercoaster ride!
On October 4th 2021, all platforms and apps of Facebook, including Instagram and WhatsApp, experienced a total outage and caused not only panic on the stock market but also for a huge scare for many businesses and influencers out there.
This is just another example that putting all of your eggs in the Facebook or Instagram basket will probably not work out in the long run.
That’s why I want to take this week’s episode and introduce you to my plans on diversifying my marketing efforts for the next 6 months.
One of the most important rules of marketing is to always strive for traffic that you own - your list or your own publishing medium. And today, I will show you exactly how you can build your own media channel today.

Moving a business from in-person to completely remote is a big challenge. It becomes even more significant if you work in an industry that requires a lot of hands-on support and tactical feedback. 
Now, add in a client demographic that isn’t necessarily on Facebook multiple hours a day and you got yourself a real pickle.
Leanne Wiese had to overcome all of these challenges. When she moved her business Wiese Moves completely online, she had no idea if her clients - all of them in their +50’s - would make the move with her.
