In Episode 11 Laura dropped into the studio to chat about her Kokoda Track experience from ANZAC 2018. With the experience fresh in her mind and her knees still feeling the after-effects of a wet and slippery track I thought it was a good a time as any to chat about the experience, her training, what she enjoyed, what she'd do differently and why she decided to tackle the track in the first place.
