A woman was injured and now suffers daily from pain. She feels stuck in her current story. A person’s current story (or belief system regarding the current story) makes it so they can’t live outside that reality. If one wants to change what is going on, they need to change their story and energy. It’s too much to ask someone who is in pain to get excited about saying they are not in pain. So we need to gently shift the story in order to shift the energy in order to make progress.
