Lawrence has produced a wide variety of shows, with some of his best known contributions being with The Jim Henson Company as a producer on the original Fraggle Rock series and The Jim Henson Hour. He also served as creative consultant on various Henson projects, including Labyrinth, The Witches, Muppet Babies and more. Outside of Henson, Lawrence wrote episodes of Groundling Marsh and The Noddy Shop, was a part of the team that developed the PBS Kids series Dragon Tales and was a producer on the animated/live-action series What's Your News?
