Iris and I salute the athletes of the Tokyo Olympics which were finally held after a year delay.  We remember the inspirational, the sacrifices, the forgettable, and the funny.  From superpowers like Team USA to smaller nations like Fiji, we got it covered.  We recognize the many achievements of female athletes--including those that put the USA on top of the medal chart.  And yes, what good is an Olympic episode without discussing Simone Biles, fashion, and gender?  We cover that too.  Recorded August 10, 2021.

We often think of abortion as a women’s issue. But Gallup polls show that 41 percent of American women were pro-life in 2020. Why would women choose to oppose abortion? Is it as safe as we would like to believe? Or is it more harmful to women than we thought? More importantly, are there ways to protect the unborn while truly addressing the fears that women face?
