Today John and I try to come up with an Asian-American perspective on the George Floyd killing. Do black Americans have a unique struggle that is greater than those of other minorities and immigrants? (Hint: yes they do.) We discuss the historical origins of their unique struggle, and why the struggle is still great today. We also discuss the statue-toppling trend, and critique the failure of the CHAZ zone in Seattle.
