Meeting in the middle is a bad idea 🙅♂️ My name is Tyson Mutrux and I help my clients recover from their injuries and I help them pay for their future medical treatment and past medical bills 🧾 I also just so happen to be a person injury lawyer, and I negotiate with insurance companies to get our clients the best possible settlement for their case, and if not, we take their case to trial 👨💼 Let me talk about for a second meeting in the middle, and you'll see this many times in settlement negotiations. "Well, you're at X, we're at Y. Let's meet in the middle and get this thing wrapped up." Well, the thing is, the reason why that doesn't really work is it doesn't really tell you what the true value the injuries really are. And there's other factors you've gotta consider. So if your liabilities is not fantastic, if it's okay, but not fantastic, that'll bring the settlement value down a little bit. But what you really wanna focus on, The total amount of damages and the true damages, and the way it's affected your client the most. Or, if you're the injured party, handling your own claim, really think about how it's affected you in your life. Not just from a medical bill standpoint, but from an actual, okay, I can't pick up my child anymore, or I can't help around the house. My spouse has to do all the work. Things like that. These are all really important to making sure that meeting in the middle won't happen for you and your injuries 🤕 Follow me for more personal injury advice 👉 @lawyertyson #salesnegotiation #sales #negotiation #meetinthemiddle #medicaltreatment #medicalbills #injuryattorney
