In this episode, we sit down with Sarah Duet, and discuss the power of the enneagram system, and what it can teach us about human connection, and about ourselves.
Sarah Duet is an artist, writer, and speaker from Shreveport, LA, whose work explores who we are, how we’re connected, and why it matters. In this conversation, she talks about the way the enneagram system stands apart from other personality typing systems because it focuses on motivation vs. behavior. Not just what we do, but why we do it.
She has studied the enneagram for over 10 years and is trained in The Narrative tradition. Sarah works with individuals and communities to share enneagram wisdom in hopes of fostering increased self-awareness, empathy, meaningful work, and the capacity for healthier relationships.
