Emotional Intelligence - How do you handle your emotional intelligence? We aim to find out and explain how to handle our emotions when we get caught up in certain situations. As humans we are quick to get angry or upset when things go wrong, which puts us in a negative state of mind. Learning tactics such meditating, reading and self empowerment will help will help with these matter, as well as having more of a positive impact on life. We also touch on the topic of suicide in men and how to overcome these emotional barriers.
