The first part of my “What Did Our Ancestors Use” series. This is not to bash Dr Sebi, or say that google is the go-to place for all research, because of course there is false information there too. However, I’ve seen a lot of misinformation surrounding “non-alkaline herbs.” He advises against Turmeric, Moringa, Garlic, Cumin, Aloe Vera, Beets, etc. Fully investing yourself in the “teachings” of ONE human being is cult mentality, sorry not sorry. I urge you to perhaps do your own research on things our ancestors used in Nubia or Kemet.
