LeaderDialogue

Welcome to Leader Dialogue, where we address the biggest challenges health system leaders face right now. We don’t admire the problem. Instead, we dissect the challenges and opportunities with our experienced guests. Together, we uncover practical solutions that enable leaders to succeed.

This is the Baldrige Foundation’s Leader Dialogue Program, sponsored by ABOUT Healthcare. When President Reagan introduced the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award 30 years ago, he said: “America’s economic strength depends on industry’s ability to improve productivity and quality and to remain on the cutting edge of technology. That’s why this award is so important.” The Baldrige Foundation supports organizational performance excellence in the United States and around the world. This podcast is a testament to reputation of the Baldrige as the preeminent source of performance excellence information you won’t find anywhere else. The Baldrige Foundation is uniquely suited for this mission of educating medical leaders and helping transform the industry in a significant way.

Tune in to hear fellow C-suite executives share the biggest challenges they face. Take note of the practical takeaways as they address labor cost escalations, population health challenges, maximizing consumer experience, improving employee and provider satisfaction, and improving health equity. The co-host and guests offer tips and approaches that you can easily apply in your own organization today.
