Then we get into the importance of Awareness of Leadership! being aware of Self and Organization. Get in and check it out! 

So you have great empathy and listening skills, what else is necessary to serve? Being able to heal your team is that next opportunity for us to serve. As we continue to tie all these skills and characteristics together, remember you likely wont have them all. its about building awareness of self!

The power of empathy is one often confused with sympathy. Its about understanding we are humans, and humans feel. that can affect everything, from performance and attitude to life and engagement. We have to realize the more we connect with empathizing and understanding, the greater our influence and ability to truly serve them will be.
