I have no doubt Leaders would rather not have to have hard talks. We know we need to but I've never met a Leader that looks forward to having them. When you don't have the hard talks, when you don't set boundaries of behaviors, you have to ask who is in charge? Is it the Leader, or the allowable behaviors that are now in charge.
In this podcast, we'll talk about how to approach hard talks and if you haven't been having hard talks, how by starting small, you can get better at having them and moving your team forward. The fact is, all Leaders have a brand, a way of how your team, your company and your Customers look at you. In order to build your leadership brand and honestly, not allowing behavior stress to rob your teams' joy, start having the hard talks and more importantly....always have the hard talks when you need to!
