Good leaders often possess a combination of various “leadership qualities,” such as creativity, motivation, vision, and empathy. However, the most successful leaders are able to adapt to the needs of different situations, employing their diverse set of leadership skills in order to achieve their goals.
Traditionally, the idea of feminine leadership is used as a kind of shorthand for an approach that places an emphasis on empathy, humility, and relationship dynamics in business practice. The result can deliver a more considered—rather than impulsive—decision-making process and subsequent action.
Traits such as sensitivity, supportiveness, gentleness, warmth, cooperativeness, expressiveness, modesty, humility, empathy, tenderness, and being kind, helpful, devoted, and understanding have been cited as stereotypically feminine. But, Feminine Leadership belongs to all of us. It is a state of being that recognizes and understands the power of connecting, learning, sharing and evolving as a leader.
Feminine leadership creates space for unique creativity, inclusiveness, collaboration and supportive competition. Those that step authentically into their feminine when leading are able to demonstrate insight, kindness and the desire to energetically connect to and unlock true potential in others.
Success is who you already are; it's your state of being. What you achieve is driven by your success, not the reverse. Listen in today to live and achieve far beyond what you may have thought possible by simply unleashing who you truly are. Simple, profound, impactful.
Listen in as Leeza Carline Steindorf explains the definition of feminine leadership and the fundamentals of purpose, performance and creating the ultimate life!

Thank you for joining me this morning with Linda Mbagwu - Investment Coach, Alignment Coach, Speaker and Entrepreneur. Linda helps purpose-driven leaders, who would like to accelerate success, move beyond the myth of “not enough” to achieve more with less stress.
What if I told you that you have made one decision about yourself that is dominating every area of your life and stopping you from manifesting your desires. As humans, we only make conscious decisions 5% of the time. The other 95% of our lives is controlled by our subconscious mind. And, Linda teaches that 70% of our subconscious mind consists of limiting beliefs learned from past experiences.
After working with a number of clients for years, Linda has designed a framework that helps leaders identify the one limiting belief that drives the majority of their decisions. By knowing what this limitation is, Linda helps her clients create new choices, see new possibilities, fast track their personal growth and achieve exponential results in all areas of their lives quickly and with ease.

We all face trauma, adversity and other stresses. Everyone will experience twists and turns, from everyday challenges to traumatic events with more lasting impact, like the death of a loved one, a life-altering accident, or a serious illness. Each change affects people differently, bringing a unique flood of thoughts, strong emotions and uncertainty. Yet people generally adapt well over time to life-changing situations and stressful situations—in part thanks to resilience.
Psychologists define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress—such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and financial stressors. As much as resilience involves “bouncing back” from these difficult experiences, it can also involve profound personal growth.
While these adverse events are certainly painful and difficult, they don’t have to determine the outcome of your life. There are many aspects of your life you can control, modify, and grow with. That’s the role of resilience. Becoming more resilient not only helps you get through difficult circumstances, it also empowers you to grow and even improve.
Listen in to our insightful conversation with a special guest, Squadron Leader Toolika Rani, an Indian ex-Air Force Officer, Mountaineer, TEDx Speaker and Writer as she delves deep into her experiences in Armed Forces, mountains across the world including Mt. Everest, and her lessons of courage and resilience. Today, Toolika will offer a roadmap for adapting to life-changing situations, and emerging even stronger than before.
Nobody is a born entrepreneur, different people take different paths to achieve success, and there's no set-in-stone instruction for becoming a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs take on a number of different roles and these roles can vary depending on the field you choose to enter. But, there are a couple of commonalities among the most successful entrepreneurs like having the right mindset. The first thing that new entrepreneurs need to know is that actually, failures are likely and success is certainly not a given. Understanding the risks that you're taking and also understanding that you may not succeed immediately is absolutely key. You have to be honest with yourself: entrepreneurship is not an easy path. Excuses will simply not cut it in this field. If your business failed chances are that you research poorly, you hired the wrong people, or you just simply weren't prepared. There are so many obstacles in the way of the entrepreneurial journey, as well as the pushing and the pulling in the driving forces that entrepreneurs encounter along their path.
And while no amount of preparation is going to ensure that your business will absolutely succeed, I will say you should have ample preparation before the big decisions need to be made. Of course, when you have an expert to help guide you, support you, and motivate you along the way. You are a hundred times more unstoppable than you would be alone. Mentorship allows you to take quantum leaps forward and avoid pitfalls, avoid the mistakes that could cost you your business and your future. And that's why we're. Excited today to welcome Bobbi Bidochka, who will share her unique path to success.
Setting boundaries is an important part of establishing one’s identity and is a crucial aspect of mental health and well-being. Boundaries can be physical or emotional, and they can range from being loose to rigid, with healthy boundaries generally falling somewhere in between.
Having boundaries simply allows you to make yourself a priority, whether that’s in self-care, career aspirations, or within relationships. Boundaries are a deeply personal choice and vary from one person to the next, and we shape them throughout our lives.
In fact, the word “boundary” can be a bit misleading. It conveys the idea of keeping yourself separate. But boundaries are actually connecting points since they provide healthy rules for navigating relationships – intimate, personal or professional. In that way, they actually bring us closer together than farther apart, and are necessary in any relationship!
Ultimately, even though personal boundaries can be challenging to navigate, setting and communicating them is essential for our health, well-being, and even our safety.
Listen in as Lisa Kaplin explains what healthy boundaries are and how to set them, why healthy boundaries are important for self-care, and how to explain boundaries to others. Learn how to show compassion and kindness to yourself by setting healthy boundaries – to avoid resentment, anger, and burnout.

We have a choice to hear what we are told. If we choose to hear "we are not enough", we become less confident with low self-esteem and if we choose to hear "we are more than enough", we can rise up and be anything and do anything.
We have a choice to remember our experience, if we choose to remember pain, we feel fearful, and if we choose to remember that we survived the experience, we feel strength and become more resilient.
We have a choice to see our strengths instead of our limitations. When we see our strengths, we can maximize our potential to succeed. When we see our weaknesses, we are limited and we are held back by our self-doubt.
Listen in as Eve Keil, Founder of EK Coaching, LLC, Women’s Empowerment Coach, Certified Leadership Coach, helps explain how your focus can become your future!
Digital media connects people in ways never before possible, enabling users to maintain friendships across time and distance. And, the speed and connectedness of digital media make it easier for women to amplify each other’s ideas. We can be empowered by sharing our thoughts and having a voice on social networks. Anywhere we choose to participate online, we can use our power or social influence to make a difference and to lead. Now, women are able to utilize digital media to make their voices heard and to stand out and demonstrate their knowledge and capabilities, which are then accessible by anyone with an internet connection. Today, we’ll talk with Charu Mehrotra, found of Womenlines, an online magazine, about the power of digital media to empower women across the globe, and how you can leverage digital media to accelerate your success.
