Judy is extremely passionate about helping small businesses grow. She opened the Frances Marketing Group in February 2017 which is a full-service media and marketing agency that provides solutions and ideas tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

From a young age, we are told to do well in school, go to college, get married, buy a home, start a family, and so on, but we often forget that as we get older, our parents do too. It is inevitable, and it is something that we don't often think about or plan for.
A lot of us are in an in-between stage of life where we are raising our children while we are caring for our aging parents, so we often look to caregivers to ease some of the challenges and overwhelm.
In this episode, I am chatting with Winsome Brown about senior care - specifically for those with dementia.
Winsome Brown is the co-founder of Lean On Dee Senior Care Advocates. She is a certified dementia life coach, a certified senior advisor and holds certifications from The University of Michigan Advanced Clinical Dementia Practice. Winsome was called to serve when she struggled to find suitable care for her mother when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. This realization helped her create Lean On Dee's dementia check-in service, an at-home cognitive stimulation program that promotes and helps to maintain cognitive abilities in adults living with dementia.
The most important takeaway from this episode with Winsome is to remain patient, become educated and make a plan for your loved one. These things will help you find the peace of mind you need knowing that they are happy, safe and well cared for.

Prioritizing exercise isn't easy especially when it is viewed as a punishment rather than a celebration. Do you agree?
Sometimes we forget about all of the things that our bodies are capable of because we are so caught up in a meal that we ate, fitting into a certain size, or wishing we had a toned stomach.
One thing I have learned over the years is that this mindset does not allow anyone to see their body for what it is - powerful, beautiful and worth celebrating. Whether you enjoy 20-minute walks or lifting heavy weights, moving your body should always be empowering.
In this episode, I am chatting with my personal trainer Tara De Leon about the importance of exercise - no matter how you choose to move your body.
Tara De Leon has over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has done everything from teaching water aerobics to personal training to even being a collegiate strength coach. As the Personal Training Coordinator at Edgewater Fitness, Tara helps women be confident and badass by teaching them to lift heavy weights. Outside of the gym, Tara loves to spend time with her husband Marcus, adorable newborn baby boy, Maverick, and Aussie pup, Chula.
The most important lesson in today's episode with Tara is to find what works for you and give yourself grace. If you are moving your body at all, that is a total win and should make you feel like the powerful woman that you are!

I have been in business for a long time now. One thing that I learned early on in my business journey is the importance of having a professional help you with your accounting and taxes.
There are so many things that we have to handle and worry about as entrepreneurs. If there is one thing that is important enough to outsource and get help, this is it.
In this episode, I am chatting with my dear friend Jaime Thompson about the importance of getting help with your business accounting.
Jaime Thompson is one of Nicholynn Advisors owners, a full-service accounting firm whose focus is on being the trusted business advisor for small businesses and nonprofits. Jaime's experience working first in a CPA firm and then later as the accountant for a private company gave her unique insight into both sides of the accounting partnership. Jaime is a Lifetime Girl Scout, a role that taught her service above self and always to leave things better than when you found them, both of which Jaime applies to her relationship with her clients. When she's not working, Jaime enjoys hiking, boating, and spending time with her family, and as a true Marylander, she loves eating crab!
If there is one thing that you outsource in 2021, I encourage you to consider your business accounting. The peace of mind you will have in knowing that your finances are handled properly is well worth the cost.

As leading ladies, certain self-care activities add to our happiness and sense of confidence. For me, I enjoy having a great manicure. I've been known to tell people that if they see me without a great looking manicure, you know that things are really wrong with me.
So, in this episode, I'm so excited to chat with a leading lady who definitely knows the value of a great manicure. Kathy Watson is a licensed nail technician, nail care expert, and entrepreneur.
With over 16 years of experience, she's worked in all aspects of the industry, including salon ownership, medical, hospital, and editorial; and has seen the good, bad and ugly. Her love for nails and entrepreneurship began as a kid while accompanying her mom to the nail salon.
Her experience and passion have led her to create Polish Change, a nail creative company based in Annapolis, Maryland. Polish Change lets clients express their style, mood, and creativity through non-toxic polish, decals, and full coverage nail tips called Falsettos™. Kathy and Polish Change want to reinvent the way clients get a manicure.
I hope that you enjoy hearing from Kathy and feel empowered by her story. Let's all get excited about rising to the occasion of supporting our fellow leading ladies who are in business.

Listen in for our chat about how her passion for pets led them to create the Brutus Bone Broth brand and why good nutrition is so important for pets as well as people.
After listening in, I hope you know more about caring for those precious fur babies in your life. Take care of the ones you love - even those with four legs!

As an entrepreneur, I am always looking for ways to scale my business and get in front of more potential customers. One of the most popular and successful ways to do this is through social media ads.
However, getting started with social media ads is not for the faint of heart. It can feel completely overwhelming and foreign if you don't understand how to use it properly.
That's why I am so excited to welcome my guest in this episode - Elizabeth McNevin. After 10+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital PR, working for companies like WeddingWire and Travel Channel, Elizabeth McNevin started Sociale. She focuses on working with entrepreneurs to scale their businesses through social media advertising. Elizabeth has helped businesses with ad budgets ranging from $1,500/month to $15,000/month create strategic ad campaigns resulting in an average of 5x ROAS (return on ad spend).
If you are looking to grow your business and have been thinking about using social media ads, be sure to tune in to this valuable episode!
