In early November, I decided to leave my job as a Plant Manager. There were a lot of factors to it, but mainly it was due to burnout. I chat with my mom, Mary, about how I got there and what I've learned after going through this intense experience.

It's been one year since my beloved Uncle Tommy passed away. I've spent a lot of time recently reflecting on being 35 years old and what I want 36 years old to look like. So it's only fitting to revisit the lessons Uncle Tommy taught me as I go into a new year and into a new direction in my life. Enjoy!

Last week was FINALLY the weekend I have talked about since I started Leading Like Her. I attempted to climb the same vertical elevation as Mt. Everest. 29,029 feet.
Lessons were learned. Pain was felt. Inspiration was everywhere. Listen to my experience with 29029 and how it changed me forever!
