Should I do what I love and take the 'Leap of Fate'? Or do I take a steady job and find another outlet for my passion?

For Father's Day, I interview Joshua Saleh. Josh is a single father in his young 30s to an adorable toddler name Layla.  Josh candidly opens up on the many challenges that are unique to being a single father.

Even with these challenges, Josh is loving fatherhood.  Fatherhood has helped him focus his priorities towards his daughter while growing immensely as an individual.  This has him excited for what the future has to come!

Society needs to have tough and uncomfortable conversations around systemic racism against black people to educate, inspire, and enact change.

For this 2 part series, I interview multiple black friends in my life from different age groups. They will share their experiences of racism against them, thoughts on the current events, and solutions to the systemic problem.

There are some very rough and shocking encounters shared by courageous individuals with the goal of educating you. 

What you will learn is that nothing has changed for generations. From the police to the general public, racism against black people is ingrained in our system, perspectives, and way of life.  

With all that being said, each guest is optimistic they see the seeds of change for a better tomorrow and future generations.
