Today as I started to build an ad and a site for it, I did it with others in mind.

The ones that I can teach how to do it for little to no cost.

Sure there are better things out there, but like I always say...

Done is better than Perfect.

So when people are hesitant to do something because of the amount of work or the cost associated with it.

I try my best to find an alternative.

That is why I keep learning for 2.

Is mon son Dyslexic?

This was suggested yesterday and I have been thinking about it since yesterday.

Now, we don't have any answers on that, but I have been thinking a lot about it the last couple of days.

Often, we want this done for us.

We want automation, one click and it's done.

I'm all for automation.

But when that's unavailable, that is when you can really take advantage.

Most people don't want to do the hard things, especially if they are tedious and you're not getting compensated for them right now.

When you find those things... RUN toward them.

Those are the things that no one else wants to do.

That is where you will find your success and your differentiation.

It's here where you can play a completely different game.

One that no one else can even compete in.

This is where you will win!

Now, we are ALL the media.

If you aren't publishing, you will lose to your competition that is.

Today I had a conversation with an agent that is looking to join us on our mission to build an international real estate team.

She has been getting to know me through the podcast and when we had a chance to chat, it was like she already knew who I was.

Start publishing and let others know who you are. 

What you may view as reality, others may have a different perception.

As social media increases as a part of our life, we invite more and more people to get to know us.

Regardless of what it is that we believe we are sharing, it may be received differently.

Sometimes preception is reality.

Many people make an impression on us each day.

But most of them will never know it.

Next time someone has an impact on you, I challenge you to let them know.

Make sure they understand their value, even when they may not see it.

Setbacks...

We all experience them.

How we respond to them is the where the success lies.

I believe that if you have a long-term vision, you will have a better chance of absorbing those hits.

Do you like FREE?

I like FREE.

But do we always value FREE?

For some strange reason, we tend not to assign much value to things we get for FREE.

Maybe it is because we associate cost and risk with value.

If we are paying for something, we don't have the risk of losing anything.

Therefore the value is gone.

This thought came up when I was thinking about the classes and courses I offer for FREE.

Maybe I need to start charging for people to see the value in it.
